Factory refinish/repair

I have a drop top that has several small clearcoat cracks, a indentations, clouding from pick scratches and a small ding through the clearcoat on the edge binding.

Is it possible to have the finish repaired at the factory? I was going to call Benny R. here in the Bay Area and have him redress the frets and then I got the idea to maybe send it back home and have it fixed up like new.

Does TAG do this kind of thing?

I handle all of the repairs at the shop. The frets work we can handle no problem. The paintwork on the other hand is not somthing we are set up to handle. We have two paint guys... Tom and Chuck. They are busy with production and don't have any time to do paint repairs. It sounds like you've got a lot of touch ups and I'm not sure they will be able to accomodate touch-ups. I will be able to assess the damage if you send it in and we can see what we are up against and go from there. Sometimes little dings are big jobs but sometimes they can be remedied easily. Hope that helps.
