Hello Anderson forum, I have an early 80's Schecter strat style that nobody anywhere seems to be able to help me with, I was directed to this forum by several net savvy guitarist who think that it is an Anderson era Schecter. I have serial # A3009, a white strat w ebony board, black pickguard and hardware, locking trem w/ fine tuners stamped Schecter , dual strap buttons on bottom in a SSH pickup config. The problem is the pickupos were removed and I don't know which way is up, the 2 single coils appear to have 1/4" pole pieces under a black plain cover, kinda like an EMG , they have a sticker marked 12/84 . The one w/ longer wires ( neck ) has a green and white, the other yellow and brown , the humbucker is 4 conductor w/ all 4 colors ( yellow, brown, green and white ). This is one of the most amazing strats I've ever had, thanks in advance, HHB

those pickups are from after i left there. green was never used at schecter. we also did not make those with ssh setups. it sounds like the series that was being made when i left. they were japanese bodies and necks. the bodies were painted in japan, the necks were painted here so we could do the fret prep work before paint.
