Any idea what percentage of DTs and Cobras are being ordered hollow versus
solid these days? What's the trend the last few years?
I see lots of hollow TAGs around, both new and used , but solid bodies seem to be much rarer these days.

There are a couple of Dave's up here in the Pacific NW that prefer solid bodies and would fight it out over a koa topped DT or Cobra. :D

it's fairly even. koa tends to be hollow way more than solid. less cobra's with koa tops than drop tops.

Ya mean there's more koa?! :D

Yeah, I remember there were some blanks in the kiln. Dang it, Dave, I've still got a few more items to pick up before Saturday. Yer killin' me!

yes there's more koa. i would classify it as real nice acoustic grade. it is quartrsawn, nice flame and lighter in color, think tans and orange more than deep brown and red. very nice luminesense.
