Rachel Lucas is the young lady who answers the phone, runs down orders and generally keeps TAG running smoothly! Sonsop's reference is a link to a picture of Rachel in this week's GOTW. I for one am indebted to Rachel for everything she has done for me over the years.

I agree. Rachel is not only cute, but she is a sweet person to deal with. I have always received a smile every time I have been to the shop for modifications and to pick up one of my Andys.

Rachel was very nice to me while i was there at the shop, felt like i've know her for years. she's not affraid to talk your ear off either :) She even hooked me up with one of the first new brown straps :)
