AWESOME!!

I bought my first anderson about a year ago...

Ive bought almost 9 guitars so far..everything from cheap ones...
to reissue ones.

Ive been looking for MY guitar...

That being said...

I actually bought a old tele..and was tearing it apart to make MY guitar...

well, the lead guitar player plays an andy..and i secretly picked up one night while we were on break...OMG..ihad to have one..

so ...i find the one i want.. (09-14-99p) and get it..

ive been playing it or some time..but had a problem withone of the knobs..

soi get on here and ask how to get one and see how much it would take to get it shiped..

the next few days...Mr. Tom Anderson has sent one to my house...

no charge...

well, yes there was...
i agreed to put it in if he would accept my sincere thank you for raising the bar on what customer service should be like.

Tom and the gang are certainly an exceptional bunch of folks who make an incredible product and are quite proud of it.

Just the fact that the guys hang out here with *us* :rolleyes: :D

The same thing happened to me the first time I played one. It was a neat feeling ("OMG!!!")...but also the thought of what I had been missing all of these years. Oh well...I'm OK now.
