Tom has a dumble, and while talking to him he said he had an offer for 20k on it, and i asked him:
Dave: "is it a nice amp?"
Tom: "yes it is"
Dave: " is it a 20 thousand dollars sounding nice amp?"
Tom: "no"
people want what they cannot have... thus the price goes through the roof. probably sold his and paid for the mini-cooper :)

I'd rather have a mini cooper than a dumble too.

it's been fun reading harmony central's page for these amps. I am curious...

i must clarify. the dumble was a fantastic amp, but needed to be played really loud. i sold it because i never play that loud, and i really wanted to get my wife a mini cooper. is any amp worth that much? not to me, but i wouldn't pat 200k for a les paul either, and there's more of those than there are dumbles.
