Hey Folks - are there opinions about the locking nut Floyd vs the regular nut Floyd? The non-locking nut option has been around for a couple years now, what's the word? I have limited experience with them but I don't think they allow for the same rapid pitch changes as the locking Floyds - have others found this to be true? When doing dives and wails, the "baby" Floyd doesn't have that extreme rapid change in pitch, it's slower like a traditional tremolo - that's what I remember in my limited experience.
Also with the locking Floyd - have the loose wiggly arm issues been resolved? Is that a thing that happens on new TA guitars? Some say Gotoh Floyds are the best and they don't have this problem, but I don't have any knowledge about this...so I'm asking.
