Caramel Maple Top!

Just saw on the TAG Facebook page a caramel maple top. Looks nice. Does the roasting process bring out the look of the grain or anything like that?

that photo has some extra yellow in it that i don't see in person. it's funny, the raw top did not look extremely figured when compared to our regular stuff, but the finish really made it come alive depth wise.

Yeah I would never have guessed it didn't look as figured in it's raw state.
