finding a trem bar for a 1993 anderson classic?

Hi guys just traded into a fantastic 1993 classic, but the trem bar may be the wrong bar, when it's screwed all the way into the block, the bar hits the volume knob, so you cannot get it to where it tightens up. I'm wondering where I can find a replacement bar, or if I can do anything to tighten up the bar I have. It's the type with the threaded end, and looks fairly small in diameter.

You could try a short, small, stiff spring inserted into the hole. Just be aware of it falling out when the bar is not in there.

If you could mic the arm and determine the threads, I have a spare arm or two, not sure what they are from (not Andersons) that may work. I may also have a few candidates for the small stiff spring I could send you.
