hey guys
i think i saw on another thread that you got teh M2 on teh m1 spindle
any idea how thw m2 will sound in teh neck - will it do a cool LP deluxe type vibe that ssplits for a stratty type thing?
is there a tonal difference between m2 and m3 or is it just higher output?
;)
yes we did one. it is bigger for sure. it is approaching full size humbucker tone. it's still sweet, but it loses the big single coil sound of the m1.

thats cool tom
re m2in the neck M3 bridge
is there enough tonal diffrence between them to justify having an m2 in teh neck or is teh difference really only one of output rather than tone?

hey, why not put 2 m1's together and make a new humbucker? you could call it the m&m's series :D
the candy coating would be tough to get to survive stage lighting.
the m2 has a fatter tonal character than the m1.
