double crowdsters

I was cleaning off some old files and came across this photo from '09 i think.

It was at Crowder's worship conference. Dave and Rob Bell playing crowdsters during Rob's talk.

Sorry for the blurry pic, cell phone cameras have come a long way since then...

Was he just playing Dave's second Crowdster.

As far as I can tell, he doesn't use them in "Crowder" because it's an all acoustic thing.

I bet those guitars saw some really serious mileage. They were the only two guitars he took on the road for what...? just about 8 or 9 years?

I saw them close-up one time, got the back of my guitar's headstock signed by the man. I don't do autographs, and certainly not on guitars, but this was his signature model, so I had to.

Yeah, he's mostly playing his Gibson now. and yes, it was just his second Crowdster that Bell was playing.

Too funny about the headstock. I had my Crowdy at a conference and got him to sign it too. Super nice and funny guy.
