Hey all. There aren't a ton of clips of the Anderson Raven floating around so I thought I would put together one for your listening.

It is a cover of Steely Dan's Reelin' in the Years. I used a Friedman Dirty Shirley profile that was created by Michael Britt (guitarist from the band Lonestar). The Dirty Shirley is a take on a modified JTM45. I used the the Raven in normal mode (boost not engaged). The rhythm was recorded with profiles created in the amp's Lo Input mode and the lead was the amp's Hi Input mode.

I tried to keep most of the leads recognizable. I did run my own lead for the main solo. Hope you like!

Very nice, but do you mean PQ pickups?

I just ordered a Raven with a PQ1- & P2 with master cut and boost switches. (Dakota Red with torty pick guard.) I hope to get it by October.

RVA is right. The PH pickup is just like the PQ only that it fits in a normal humbucker route. Here is a picture of mine:

Oh, right, I did know about those. They look nice in black.

Nice guitar!
