NGD Short Classic

Belated new guitar day. Short Classic in Burgundy Mist. This is very similar to my previous guitar with a few tweaks. Different neck shape being the main thing I was after. This one has a 1 5/8 60s Vibe vs the previous 1 11/16 Happy Medium +.03. The 60s Vibe has long been my favorite neck and after trying a couple others, it was time to go back to that. Fits my hand and playing style like a glove. Both are fantastic but this one gets the nod in playing comfort.

Congrats!! Looks awesome! The older I get the more the neck shape plays a factor in my ability to mesh with a guitar. I love the Even Taper myself as it is on all 5 of my TAGs.

Same here. The older I get the more particular my hands are becoming. Ten years ago I could play about any of them and be fine after a few minutes.

I also am really picky about neck shape as I get older, and I also am playing 60s vibe necks on both my electrics.
